Open Shop, search for an item, and review its photos, condition, price, and pickup location. Choose Buy It Now or add it to your cart, then complete checkout.

Card checkout does not require an account. Eligible non-food orders also offer cash pickup when signed in. Food orders require card payment.

Open Shop. Items with a 24-hour auction show a starting or current bid and a countdown. Open the item to bid, or use Buy It Now to purchase without waiting.

Sign in to bid. The full amount you enter is your bid; this is not an automatic maximum. Bids increase by at least $1 and cannot exceed the Buy It Now price.

Each accepted bid adds 3 minutes when 10 minutes or less remain.

Winners have 12 hours after their 24-hour auction win is awarded to complete payment.

The highest accepted bid at closing wins unless the last available unit is purchased first. Check My Orders for your bids and results.

Open Live Auctions, join a show, sign in, and accept the show agreement. Follow the item timer on the page; video can be delayed.

A private maximum tells us your limit. Automatic bidding uses only what is needed to lead, up to that limit. Raising your own leading maximum does not raise the price. Equal maximums favor the one received first.

For example, with a $10 starting bid and $1 increments, a $50 maximum starts at $10. If another buyer bids $20, your automatic bid becomes $21.

Open My Orders and sign in with your buyer account. Use My bids for 24-hour auctions. Your live auction wins and online orders appear in the same account.

Check your order for its pickup location, date, and readiness. Bring your order reference and collect within seven days. Store pickup hours are Monday–Saturday 10 AM–6 PM and Sunday 12 PM–6 PM, Eastern time.

All sales are final. No returns. Review the listing photos, condition, and what is included before buying or bidding.
