How we use your information

Email updates

Store announcements are optional. You can choose them in your buyer account and unsubscribe at any time. We store your email address, optional name, selected interests, language, and the date and wording of consent. Authorized store management can access this list to send the updates you request through Resend. We do not sell the subscriber list.

Use your private preferences link to change your interests or unsubscribe. You can also call (864) 369-5255 for help. Keep your preferences link private because anyone with the complete link can manage that subscription.

Forms and appointments

We use appointment, employment, vendor, and sponsorship details to review and respond to those requests. Food truck and vendor request details, preferred dates, and setup needs are stored privately for owner review and direct follow-up. Application and sponsorship submissions are forwarded to the owner through FormSubmit as described on those forms.

Business consulting requests

Consulting request details, contact information, business goals, preferred availability, and any on-site address are stored privately for the owner to review and follow up with a personalized quote. Requests do not create a confirmed appointment or authorize a payment. Private owner notes are not published. Call the store to request a correction or removal of your information.

Website activity and preferences

We count public page views, visits and estimated unique visitors so we can understand how the store website is used. A random identifier and visit timestamp are stored in your browser. Traffic records contain hashed identifiers, the public page category, date and time, without your name, email, payment details or raw network address. Product detail pages are grouped together in traffic reports. Shopping funnel records associate a hashed browser identifier with product views, cart additions, checkout attempts and confirmed payment, so we can see where visitors stop shopping. Order-linked analytics contain an internal checkout reference, without customer contact or card details. We exclude signed-in store staff, private checkout pages and known bots, and honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Clearing browser storage resets your visitor identifier. These counts start when tracking is enabled; they do not reconstruct earlier visits. We also count clicks on our directions links by day and store your language preference in your browser. To protect subscription preference links from abuse, we keep temporary request counts using a hashed network address rather than storing the address itself.

Buyer accounts and orders

We use checkout contact details to prepare pickup orders and send payment confirmations, cash reservation notices, pickup updates, cancellations and confirmed refund notices through Resend when configured. We retain email delivery records and pause further delivery to addresses that bounce or report spam. These purchase-related notices are separate from optional store announcements. Order status and pickup details are available after signing in to your buyer account. Purchases made while signed in appear in your account. Guest purchases can be saved using a private order link and the verified email used at checkout. We store the account-to-order connection so you can return from another device. Keep private order links safe; they expire for adding an order after 90 days. Payment credentials are not shown in your order history.

Live auctions

Your chosen display name, bids and chat messages are visible to people watching the show. Keep contact and payment details out of chat. A secure browser cookie identifies your bids and lets you check out if you win. Store management can moderate chat and review auction records. Winning buyers provide their contact and pickup details at checkout; payments are processed by Square.

Other services

Live video is delivered by YouTube or Cloudflare Stream. Loading and playing an embedded video shares browser and network information with its provider under that provider’s privacy policy. YouTube players use Privacy Enhanced Mode; this does not make viewing anonymous. Facebook embeds and links to Google Maps use those services’ own privacy settings and policies. Opening an external service may share your browser and network information with that service.
