How buying & bidding work

24-hour auctions + Buy It Now

On items with an auction, bid from the starting price shown, or skip the bidding and purchase at the Buy It Now price. Buy It Now stays available after bids are placed.

One unit per auction. Bids increase by at least $1 and cannot exceed the Buy It Now price. The highest accepted bid at the displayed closing time wins, unless the last available unit is purchased first. No automatic auction restarts.

Each accepted bid adds 3 minutes when 10 minutes or less remain. The extra time is added to the current closing time. Bids placed with more than 10 minutes remaining do not extend the auction.

Winners have 12 hours after their 24-hour auction win is awarded to complete payment.

Ended auctions are removed from the public shop. Your bids and winning items remain in My Orders. The owner can relist items that ended without bids.

Food inventory and food purchasing are unchanged. Wholesale pallets remain Buy It Now.

How bidding, payment & pickup work

Sign in to bid. A bid is a commitment to buy if you win. Pay winning bids plus applicable sales tax through Square, then collect at the location shown on the item within seven days. Check My bids for your result and payment link.

Adding an item to a cart does not complete a purchase. Existing cart or payment reservations may temporarily pause bidding or delay the final result. If they expire, availability returns. Once the last unit is purchased, the remaining bids do not win.

All sales are final. Review the photos, condition and pickup location before bidding.
